Hello All,

I am trying an integration between ServiceNow and S4HANA SAP system for SAM using ABAP program. SAP team provided us the WSDL URL, user name and password. I am trying to set up a connection but getting an error "SAMSoapHandler: Unable to generate SOAP function for SOAP Message: SAM SAP SAP ServiceNow". when clicked on Test SAP Connection and Version

1. I tried to hit the WSDL from both SAP systems and Midserver both sides the URL is opening and message is getting generated.

2.Both sides ports are enabled from Midserver as well as SAP Systems, Url's are whitelisted from SAP System

3.Enabled the property to pick the correct midserver 

Still not sure why the connectivity issue is showing up when clicked on Test SAP Connection and Version

Any leads or similar issues faced by other in the past.

please check the following KB and import the update set and property adjustment.

known issue and still not fixed in Zurich, as far as I know. Please reach out to the support to get it confirmed, that this is the issue in your instance.
