in my PDI I have sn_itam_hamp (software asset management plugin) when I tried to install it , com.snc.samp (SAM pro ) was in dependencies , after installing the plugin I can see the com.snc.samp (SAM pro ) in plugin installation history . Does that means I can use SAM pro for free in plugin ?

HI @kiran kumar m1 ,
In principle, the SAM Pro version in a PDI corresponds to the version in a customer instance. Important parts, e.g. Content Service Update, are not possible because a PDI is only intended for testing and possibly development. A PDI is not backup and can lead to data loss at any time.
It should be mentioned again at this point that it is not permitted to carry out productive activities for customers in a PDI; for this purpose, there is a DEV and TEST instance for the customer.
Best, Dennis
