Check usage of Web Application like MIRO

Is SAM capable to check if a user is using web-based applications like Miro. I cannot get the data with the SaaS spokes. The use case is that some users create their own accounts with a credit card. I want to know who is using a browser based application and compare it with SAM data. Flexeare seems to have a browser pluging for this.
I assume that DEX Apllication & Device Health is addressing this use case. Do you have any solution for SAM for this use case? DEX requires additional licenses

Hi @Andreas Gutzwil,

at the moment no, because the combination of DEX and SAMP was introduced with Xanadu.

Gain complete visibility into the usage of all SaaS applications
Discover and manage all paid or free SaaS applications, which are accessed via a browser and configured within the ServiceNow® Digital End-User Experience (DEX) product. Manage your shadow IT spend more effectively by viewing all the users who access these applications in the SaaS detection report. This report also shows the usage of these applications and how long each application has been used.

If you are using SSO with Azure or Okta, you could try to get the details with the help of the SSO integration. Integrate with SSO providers (servicenow.com). (Requires the registration of the users with a company email). You could also try the Software Spend Detection feature, if the the subscription was purchased with a company card.

Best, Dennis
