"Closed Skipped" option present in the record of 'Removal Candidates' table.

Opening a record of 'Removal Candidates' gives us an option of "Closed Skipped" - could anyone please tell me:

1. the usage/functionality of this option?

2. Using this option will not proceed with the further stages (highlighted in the pic), isn't it?

3. Will using this option prevent it from recreating the same 'Removal Candidate' record later?

PFB the screenshot for reference.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

-Thanks

Hi @Priyanka Ghosh

Q1: the usage/functionality of this option?

- Skip the current process and do no perform any of the following steps.

The user subscription has not been reclaimed by the removal candidate.

Q2: Using this option will not proceed with the further stages (highlighted in the pic), isn't it?

- Correct

Q3: Will using this option prevent it from recreating the same 'Removal Candidate' record later?

- I don't think so, the system will create it again. As close skipped is used to skip a process which is no longer needed. e.g., Integration removed, user already off boarded or removal task handled by another process.

- The recommended outcome should be a complete removal of the subscription or an approval to use it

Best, Dennis
