CMDB data management task approvals always generated to admin

CMDB data management tasks approvals are always generated to admins. As per the documentation, https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-managemen... approvals are generated to admins if Managed by Group field is empty in a CI.

 

Please let me know how can I re-route the admin approval to group.

Did you find the solution for the above problem. I was looking for the same solution either to set an approval user if possible or a group is fine.

@Suganya12 @KP367 You need to modify the subflow or create a new one with approval check. Attached that new subflow/workflow to the Policy.

As of now, we might be attaching a sub-flow like 'Archive Configuration Items' while creating the policy. Instead of this, we can create a new one, the way we want and then attach that flow in the policy.
