Configuring Permissions in ServiceNow for Software tracked via SAM Pro

I have several users who have the same job and their job entitles them to things like a work computer, a cell phone, and a software license at a certain permission level. How would we configure this in ServiceNow?

Hi @cflood,

for assets you should use the „assigned to“ field for each of the CMDB hardware assets to track the ownership.

 

From a SAM view, you could use the allocation feature on the software entitlement to link a device/user to a approved software and track usage, depending on the software policies etc.
