It appears the Confluence SAAS direct integration uses the last modified date in Confluence as the last activity date for software subscriptions. If that is the case, anyone that uses Confluence but doesn't modify anything will not have a last activity date. Has anyone found a way to address this other than a custom integration or switching to SSO? I know ServiceNow doesn't recommend enabling SSO syncing for applications when you already have a direct integration in SAM. It would be nice if the integration used the last activity or login in Confluence instead.
