I encountered something weird with regards to Contract Renewal. I just want to have a better understanding about the Renewal and it's process.
I have two Contracts that i need to renewed, When i clicked the renew button for each contract there's a pop up window but the weird thing is they have different pop up. Please see attachment screenshot. I hope someone can give me better explanation why the different windows appear.
