We installed CSD 2.0 and the MECM Integration spoke.
On opening the sub flow 'Revoke Application Template' in Flow Designer it reports the warning:
"Warning Label cache error: Table not found: sn_ms_ep_mgr_spoke_collection"
I checked System Definition -> Tables, and found the table does not exist.
Any ideas how to fix this as most of the flow is not displayed (probably due to the missing table).
