Hi,
Option 1
Kace has API capabilities to achieve this. (Prefered)
https://support.quest.com/technical-documents/kace-systems-management-appliance/11.0%20common%20documents/api-reference-guide#TOPIC-1497576
This way you can build an entirely automated integration.
Option 2
could be to use scheduled reports to export the required data and the import this into SN
Option 3
Kace partner Indigo Mountain has build a KACE-Servicenow integration appliance.

Hope this helps,
Andy

thank you Andy for your response. But while reading few articles on SN community I found below URL where its says to create JDBC connection. Has Dell recently developed the API for integration with SN?.

Also, I found below URL also where one of your method is very well described.

In the early (still Dell) Kace day's there was indeed no API yet and the JDBC option was the best option towards fully automated integration. But 3-4 years ago a full API became available.
Prior to joining Servicenow i was working on Dell KACE 🙂
So indeed there is still
Option 4: use the JDBC connector as provided on ITNINJA

Thanks for your quick and useful response.
Does it mean we need to configure settings at Dell kace end as shown in below screenshot?. Servicenow will pull the information from Dell kace API?
