Device is not being shown in allocated to field ?

Whenever we source a license , it gets assigned to the particular user , but I am not able to see my hardware device name on the allocated_to field ? even i have a hardware device on my name ? does the hardware device gets attached automatically or do we have to do it manually

Hi @kiran kumar m1,

I can assign users/devices as part of the "Source Request" SCTASK and it depends on the product license metric.

The linked workflow is called "Procurement Process Flow - Software"
