does sam_integrator role gives all privileges to user to create and run integrations ,other scripts.

if we assign sam_integrator role to any user, does the user will have all rights to create and set up integration profiles, Auth profiles, and run integration scripts, jobs etc...

Yes, I believe you are correct.  The Sam_integrator role is required to create and manage SaaS integration profiles, including setting up authentication profiles and running integration jobs. However, this role does not grant full SAM admin rights, it is specific to integrations.
