Empty "Software Model" in "subscription software" table for M365 integration.

I have installed these plugin "SAM Pro - com.snc.samp " and "SAM saas licnese- com.sn_sam_saas_int" and creating direct integration profile for M365.

And run the import 365 subscription job; Job is completed successfully but "software model " is empty.

 

Could you please let us know is it integration problem and also how to resolve this issue.

You go though the each steps provided on the ServiceNow document. Also you can watch below youtube video & verify if you are missing something. Also are you receiving the user subscription data on the subscription table from this integration?

please run a reconciliation for your publisher in scope, this process calculates the correct software model and will update the field.
