Enabling "SaaS License Management" on developer instance

Hello,

I was able to request Software Asset Management from the developer portal home without issue.

However, I am testing an integration with a SaaS and would like to enable "SaaS License Management" which is not listed in the same spot where I was able to install SAM.

Documentation indicates it must be requested via the ServiceNow store, but as I don't have a customer ServiceNow ID, I cannot make it to the appropriate page to request the install of this app.

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-managem...

I can confirm I have the prerequisite 'com.snc.samp' installed.

Attempting to "request plugin" from the "all applications" page returns the same message as when I attempt to sign into the store:

"Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID"

I didn't see this question asked anywhere else on the forum.

I'm not sure why this would be prevented from being installed on a dev instance. Perhaps an oversight?

Would appreciate any advice anyone may have regarding this.

Hi @Enlighten3d ,

Unfortunately it's not available for PDIs!!

You will have to use your company's non-prod instances to request the same.
