ASN format query

Hi All,

I am new to HAM and having basic query on ASN. I understood ASN expected format is xls in servicenow to import ASN data(correct me if i miss other options).

But in general ASNs can be any format and mostly in PDF from ERP or other systems, so how to handle this while importing to servicenow? We need to mandate vendors to send ASN in only XLS.

Unfortunately, the answer is yes, and the supplier must provide the data in the specified template. The ASN function is a ServiceNow feature which is also integrated in the workspace and therefore unfortunately cannot be edited/extended.

If the supplier provides you with the data, e.g. via a data source, you can of course integrate it via an import set, you just have to make sure that you take over all functionalities from ASN to ensure a high data quality.
