End of Life Reporting - Software

Hello,

I am working with a customer and we are running end of life reports right now for software. We went to Software Asset Workspace then Lifecycle Management from Software Asset Analytics. The OOTB report does not give us what is looked for. We are aiming to show end of life for what the customer has in their environment. The In Production status does not include everything that is in the environment. Could we get assistance with creating a report that will give end of life for what is currently in the environment?

Hi @Ursula Smith, could you please share more details about the current use case and whats the definition of "We are aiming to show end of life for what the customer has in their environment."? Does the customer is managing his own EoL dates next to the data provided by ServiceNow and you would like to show/report in these dates instead of the included ones? If possible, please share a few screenshots, because the mentioned workspace view "Lifecycle Management from Software Asset Analytics" is a dashboard and I can access multiple reports based on purpose and scope.
