What is the field definition/description for all fields in Contract (ast_contract ) table?

Can someone her help and provide me the url where I can get the details?

You can find the descriptions of the fields for any table in sys_documentation table under "Hint" column. Please use below link to see for ast_contract table. Pls add your instance name in the link.
