I need to pull a report which shows all the Requested Items from multiple people. Is there a way to capture that in the filter? For example, I need it for Bob Evan & Jon Doe.

You can use OR condition.
Requested for -> is -> System Administrator OR Requested for -> is -> Alex Ray.
Else, you have to create a Report by adding a script with Requested For sys_id's (Use Encoded Query).
