Filter for Requested Items

I need to pull a report which shows all the Requested Items from multiple people. Is there a way to capture that in the filter? For example, I need it for Bob Evan & Jon Doe.

Hi @Diepn,

You can use OR condition. 

Requested for -> is -> System Administrator OR Requested for -> is -> Alex Ray.

Else, you have to create a Report by adding a script with Requested For sys_id's (Use Encoded Query).

Create a report based on sv_req_item and ad in your condition - this should be straight forward.

Hi @Diepn ,

You can select is one of operator and select multiple users.

To get Is one of -> 

Select Requested for ->User    Field 

Then select Name from filter
