I tried to create an incident record using Flow, on trigger when a new record is inserted into TPM table sn_apm_tpm_discovered_technology_run_log. Somehow it's not work when I tested with a new record in this table. I checked there is no access or ACL related issue, and I configured the flow run as the System User.
Any restriction on this particular table?
Thanks,
Daniel

Yeah I did. I tested it by selecting a record from the sn_apm_tpm_discovered_technology_run_log through the Flow >> Test, it works, but it won't work with an actual record inserted into this table.

HI Daniel,
If you don't mind sharing, I'm curious about the use case for creating an incident when a new record is added to the run log. Spent much of 2025 learning about TRM and TPM and getting it setup in our environment and still have room to learn.
Thanks!
Sandy

Hi Sandy, sometime we have hanging job doesn't complete and cause its next job not running, that's why we want an incident created if the job takes too long to finish.
Thanks,
Daniel
