Go to Software Asset > Licensing > Entitlement Import Errors OR search in the application navigator by typing 

samp_entitlement_import.LIST

@bharathkumar Da Navigate to Normalization Errors: Go to the "Software Asset Management" application, under "Administration," find and click on "Normalization Errors."

Review Normalization Errors:

  • The Normalization Errors list will display any issues encountered during the normalization process. This includes errors related to software discovery models and entitlement data.
  • You can filter and sort this list to focus on specific errors or types of software.
