How to Change Currency Display to USD in Software Asset Workspace (User-Specific)

My coworker (based in India) is using the Software Asset Workspace in ServiceNow. The currency is currently displaying in INR, but he needs it to show in USD instead.

He already updated his region settings to United States in his user preferences, but the currency in the workspace still appears as INR.

We are only trying to make this change for this one user—we do not want to change the global configuration or impact users in other countries.

Is there a way to display USD for just this user in Software Asset Workspace metrics?
