How to change the date/time appearance format

Dear experts,

I am facing a problem where any date/time fields, the selection will appear in the corner of my screen rather than next to the field, and the appearance of the date/time field is weird as in the formatting and such is very off. I have attached the screenshots as below, mind to take a look and advise me on what should I do to change back to normal? I noticed that after import my update sets to the new environment, everything is abit off. Mind to advise?

And you don't have this on the source? Check what you have on the form/logic on the source that is not part of the update set you committed on the target.

And also validate if all store apps/plugins are up to date, or at least on the same version. 

Did the update set break this, or has it introduced the fields and is it not working the same on both instances?

May I know how do I check the form logic? And the update sets coz I cant back out now right? Kinda lost here

I just saw that you also posted another question related committing an update set and things not working correctly: please validate that the instances are as equal to each other as possible (version/patch for both instance and store app). Next to that: check that update set (or those sets), because with multiple things not going correctly, it seems like you are really missing important things in the set (those sets).
