How to do compliance with "Microsoft CIS Suite Datacenter"

I'm facing a problem with Microsoft CIS Suite Datacenter. 

 

I do know the machines that have to be licensing which is "All the servers in cmdb_ci_computer that contains Operating System ESX, and Is virtual = false" I already tried to do the software install condition in Software model with these filters, but there is no installation on this devices.

 

What should I do?

Microsoft CIS Suite Datacenter won't be installed on an ESX server. CIS is installed on the VM guests. The license calculator determines whether CIS should be licensed at the virtual or physical layer.
