How to do compliance with "Microsoft CIS Suite Datacenter"

I'm facing a problem with Microsoft CIS Suite Datacenter.

I do know the machines that have to be licensing which is "All the servers in cmdb_ci_computer that contains Operating System ESX, and Is virtual = false" I already tried to do the software install condition in Software model with these filters, but there is no installation on this devices.

What should I do?

Microsoft CIS Suite Datacenter won't show as installed software since it is made up of Windows Server and System Center. It is the Windows Server install that is licensed by your CIS entitlements. Furthermore, Windows Server is not installed on an ESX server - it is installed on the VM guests. The license calculator determines whether CIS should be licensed at the virtual or physical layer. No software install conditions should be necessary.
