Go to https://www.webassessor.com/SERVICE_NOW , click on 'My assessment' and you will see install option, please do it. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.

I did not find Install Sentinel button in Webassessor.

It is because you don't have any online exam scheduled, Once you scheduled that button will appear, I have given 3 online exams and that's process..:) I hope your query is answered.
