Context
- Version: Washington
- Publisher: Microsoft
- Product: SaaS, like Microsoft 365
- Contracts and therefore Entitlements are in EURO, also the EURO currency is used in the Entitlement form, can be selected from the drop-down list.
- When a Reservation is created, SAM Pro does not allow to specify the currency of the Monthly Unit Cost and it applies the currency from the location of the SAM Pro user. I'm based in Switzerland, then SAM Pro is using CHF (not ideal to stay consistent with values). Then, in the Entitlements form, there is a mixt in the currency between EURO and the CHF coming from the Reservation.
Questions:
- Is there a way to align the currency between the Entitlement and Reservation to EURO (currency of the contract)?
- Is there a way to setup the currency used in SAM Pro lists to EURO (coming from the Entitlements) and not using, as-is, the currency from the location of the SAM Pro user?
- Or can only 1 currency be applied and used in SAM Pro, in this case EURO?
