Hello Hitendra,

The Hardware Asset Management application, which requires a subscription, supports barcode scanning via the ServiceNow Agent mobile app available for free download on major mobile phone App Stores.

For the Asset plugin, there are Partner-created plugins that add barcoding support. These are available in the ServiceNow Store.
