How to Retrieve Last-Used Data for Adobe Products in SAM Pro Subscription Table?

Hi Community,

I wanted to check if it is possible to capture or view last-used data for Adobe products within ServiceNow SAM Pro,

  • Is last-used or usage-related data available for Adobe subscriptions in SAM Pro?
  • If yes, how is this data populated (e.g., through integration, normalization, or reconciliation)?
  • Are there any specific reports, fields, plugins, or integration requirements needed to access this information?

Any guidance, documentation references, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @TejaswiniP38926,

ServiceNow does not pull last activity for Adobe subscription users through the Adobe integration, because Adobe does not provide that data through the API.
