Hi,

We have enable the plugins for IBM Compliance. However, we were not able to have the integration to ILMT and/or Anglepoint. Now my question is, how can we upload the extracted consumption from ILMT to ServiceNow to reconcile with entitlements? And in which table should we upload it to?

Data provided are as follow:

Publisher Name
Product Name
Metric Qty
Server Name
Computer Name
PVU per Core
OS
Product Release
Metric Peak Value Time
Processor Model
Processor Brand String
Physical Server CPU Core Subcapacity Limit
Physical Server CPU Core Subcapacity
Physical Server PVU Subcapacity Limit
Physical Server PVU Subcapacity
Partition Cores
PVU consumption per server
IP Address
Component Name
Custom Bundling

Hi @ceecee ,

are you facing any issues with the ILMT integration? I would recommend to give it a try, it’s easy smooth and helpful in case of IBM ILMt management software and usage.

as part of the ILMT integration SAMP performs additonal actions with the raw data and I’m not sure is this can be fulfilled with putting data into SAM tables.

give it a try and check out the ILMt documentation of SAMP only 3 tables are used.

Best, Dennis

Hello, @dreinhardt

Thanks for your response but we are not allowed to integrate with ILMT due to certain reasons. So the workaround we are looking for is manual upload. I saw the transform maps in this Product Documentation that the ILMT integration has but we can't manual load due to ACL. Will it be wise to modify the ACLs for manual load on these staging tables?

Hi @ceecee ,

would it be possible to use „Load Data“ feature based on Data sources and import sets to upload the data into the IBM table? As the import is performed as system it should bypass the ACL. If this does not work, sure - edit the ACL.
