please provide the requirement and also the validation error message. Without this it’s difficult to help as we’re not enrolled to that simulator and can’t see what’s wrong.

i remember it vaguely and i dont think that so many incidents would be expected to end up with the same priority and state. So i guess incorrect incidents (too many) were updated with incorrect values. Share the requirement and we can swarm about it
