Removal Candidate Notify User

As per the document, when notify user checkbox is selected then notification is sent for user to provide justification. I don't see such configuration or notification with this body is configured in ServiceNow. Along with, what will happen when user click on "Yes"? Will it capture user input on Removal candidate activity or is there any specific field which gets filled out after providing justification by user?

Hi @CA5,

Check “yes” will trigger an additional Manager approval flow and the user has to provide more details about the reason, you can check the steps within the reclamation flow. If accepted by the manager the candidate will be “closed skipped”.
