IBM Compliance in ServiceNow

Hi community!

 

We integrated ILMT(APIs v2) with ServiceNow and we have visibility of the three tables as shown in the list and printscreen below:Peak Consumption By Product

  1. Peak Consumption Breakdown By Device
  2. ILMT Discovered Computer

In the workbench view, we have visibility of the entitlements registered for the manufacturer (Picture 01) and the license consumption of each product in a given period through a view provided by ILMT (Picture 02).

We are facing trouble performing the compliance analysis because the required licenses field is not providing any information.

As evidenced below, we have visibility into the consumption of the IBM MQ product in both the Full capacity and Sub capacity metrics.

Note: The IBM MQ product is just an example of what happens with the rest of the products in use.

Hi @Doemoendi,

I can confirm your finding, similar situation in my instance. Looks like that the process to link the usage with a discovery model doesn't work for all imported IBM products (Discovery and Software Model is empty). I was unable to solve it. Could you please raise a SN case and let us know how the proposed solution looks like. Thanks!

 

Edit:

1) Please ensure all ILMT imported devices are linked to a CMDB CI (IBM ILMT V2 Integration - ILMT Discovered Computer - Column CMDB Device)

2) Check you ILMT Health Status and fix any existing issues.
