Hi there, I'm interested if anyone has any experience with the SAMPro Licensing models as it relates to IBM / ILMT licenses. Looking at the licensing model, IBM / ILMT doesn't easily fit into the main three categories of Server / Infra, Desktop Software, and SaaS. Unfortunately, our Account Management team can't really provide and reasonable explanation of how it's licensed, other than it would be included in ALL of our Server / Infra licensing. That being said PVU / VRU don't really fit directly into Server / Infra definition.
If nothing else, I'd just like to hear how others have managed licenses for these types of products within SAMPro.
Thanks,
Nick Trautman

Hi Nick. We're also in the process of setting up SAM Pro to track our IBM licensing (PVU, RVUs). In order to do so you first need to activate the IBM Publisher Pack plug-in (reference: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-manage...
Once activated, you will see the related options for Agreement Type, Metric Group and License Metric appear on the new Software Entitlement record form. In the screenshot below, the IBM-specific license metrics such as PVU, RVU, AUV, etc now appear and can be used.
Hope this helps.
