ILMT integration with servicenow

We use Https with mid server to integrate ILMT.

Step 1: As per our documentation, we utilized the keytool in JRE to convert the .cer file into a keystore. Subsequently, we securely stored the keystore in the cacerts file on the midserver, applying a password for added protection. The certificate was successfully added to the keystore during this process.

Step 2: According to the documentation, the task is to upload a certificate to the instance, but specific details about which certificate to upload are not provided in the documentation.

Step 3: We are following the first step (Step:1) to convert the .cer file into a keystore. Rather than using the cacerts folder in the mid server, we are opting to save the file with a .keystore extension in the mid server.

Step 4: I have uplodaed the keystore file (one we saved in midserver) in the instance and set the keystore password.

Step 5: The certificate is validated successfully.

Step 6: But when I try to run "SAM - IBM Data import" job its getting failed

Please let me know if anything iam missing and also how the connection will pick the certificate(the one which we created). Because in connection for there is no space to mention the certificate.

Thanks.
