Integration with HAM: Asset action and Swapped CI not available for addition in Affected CI's related list

Hi IT Asset management associates,

I am working on the HAM Pro - Asset (temp) swap capability. This one enables the possibility to select an Asset action and register the Swapped CI in the Affected CI's related list of Incidents and Changes.

If needed both attributes should be added to these related lists but both are not available for selection to be added.

Can anyone help?

Hi @Ed Laar ,

with HAM Pro, ServiceNow released extra ATF tests to verify the plugin features. Please go to "Automated Test Framework (ATF) -> Tests -> Search for '*HAM' " If this test will fail, please create a case to fix this issue. When HAM Pro was released I had the same issue and a fix by ServiceNow was requiered.
