Is it allowed to use sn_itam_samp  in production with out SAM pro license even though it says Free?

Below are the requirements mentioned in ServiceNow documentation where as com.snc.samp is licensed one.

 

Requirements

Required plugins and products:

  • Software Asset Management Professional (com.snc.samp) plugin
  • ITOM Discovery

Hi @kkcommunity ,

If you're not entitled to Software Asset Management Professional (com.snc.samp) plugin then  "sn_itam_samp ".It becomes free if the underneath plugins are installed successfully Moreover, you cannot intall too if you don't intall and get subscription for Software Asset Management Professional (com.snc.samp) .
