Hi..!
I am working on the itam licensing report but it is fetching itam_usage_usage table by out of box but what scheduled jobs are running behind it and can we change that table alm_hardware by any chance ?
- HAM License Cleanup was initiated
- Cleanup completed on the 'alm_hardware table' with the following filters:
Model Category = Computer
State = In Use
Asset Count: 21,063
- License calculation performed in the 'itam_licensing_resource_counts' table:
Asset Count: 30,200
Action Items:
- BAU Team to replicate hardware table assets into the ITAM licensing counts table.
- Archiving Rule to be set up to remove ~5,000 assets with empty resource fields.
In the first screenshot the count is 34,955 in the resource total count field but i want that 32,576 in the second screen shot, this count should be shown in that report by fetching alm_hardware table and i also need what out of the box scheduled jobs are working on that.
