Hi! I would like to ask if it is possible to use ITSM for EOL/EOSL management instead of SAM? How? What are possible ranges with and without SAM? Appreciate your response. Thanks a lot!

What is your use case? What are you trying to accomplish? If the consideration is a financial one, it of course is cheaper to utilize ITSM. Put fields on the CMDB and implement the logic. But SAM has been build specifically for this. It could very well turn out to be more expensive to build and maintain it yourself.
The main thing is to get your current requirements and (possible) future requirements and plot them against SAM. If you just need registration, ITSM can do what you want, but SAM goes further than that. A specific answer can only be given if we know what it is you are looking for.

Hi Mark, thank you for your response, our client still don't have requirements, they just want to know what would be the possible ranges ITSM can do without SAM regarding EOL/EOSL management so that they can come up with a decision on what they will use.
