Last Activity Date - Microsoft O365 Subscriptions

Hello,
I am looking to use the Software Subscription table to identify non-usage of Office 365 subscriptions.
Could someone confirm where the Last Activity date comes from? The product documentation states it is the “Date the software was last used”.
The dates in our ServiceNow system has stopped updating (it has been working previously), so I am trying to determine if the date comes from the Office 365 Portal or SCCM. I don’t think it would be SCCM because some of the subscriptions do not have physical installs.
The most recent activity date showing is the anniversary date of our 0365 renewal, so it could be related to that, but I can see new subscriptions are being created, so the connection hasn’t been lost.

Did you ever get an answer to this? I am trying to also use this data for reclamation and while our dates are updating, they are always the same for all of the O365 subscriptions that a user has been granted access too. It almost appears that if they access any O365 app, the last activity is updated for all subscriptions.
We also have the Adobe integration setup, but it does not bring in a Last Activity date. Have you done the Adobe integration as well and if so, any luck with Last Activity?

Yes, we were able to fix the problem. It was a result of the signing of a new agreement, which meant the credentials in our Microsoft Office 365 Integration Profile needed to be updated. In particular the 'Client Secret'. It may be worth checking your profile.
Sorry, we haven't setup the Adobe CC integration.

Did you get last activity for Adobe? If not, how reclamation work?
