Last scanned in Software Installation is empty

Hi Everyone,

 

We are working on implementing SAM for a customer and there are certain issues we ran into - particularly with the Last scanned date field.

  1. Last scanned is empty
  2. Last scanned is older than created date

 

Below are Discovery sources in place:

ServiceNow

SC-SCCM

SN File Discovery (All are with empty last scanned)

SN SWIDTAG Discovery (All are with empty last scanned)

 

I have been trying to locate the workflow / logic that is responsible for populating this field but it has been in vain so far.

Has anyone run into a similar issue and was able to figure it out? Any and all help will be appreciated!
