Hi everyone,
We've had SAM Pro implemented for over a year now, using the Agent Client Collector (ACC) to track software usage across our environment. While the setup is stable, we're still facing challenges when it comes to trusting the accuracy of the collected data.
I'm reaching out to see if others in the community have experienced similar issues. Specifically:
- Have you also used ACC for software usage tracking?
- Did you encounter discrepancies between reported usage and actual user behavior?
- How did you validate or improve the reliability of the data?
