Hi,
Can someone help me understand how removal candidates with a justification of 'low usage' are created for Adobe products when there is no data in the 'Last used time' or 'Total minutes used' columns in the samp_sw_usage table, or the 'Last activity' column in the samp_sw_subscription table?
We had reclamation rules created when the Adobe integration was enabled. Please note that the SCCM usage jobs are also not enabled.
Regards,
Gavin

Hi Greg,
I'm afraid the answer was just to disable the 'Last activity threshold' setting. I will certainly keep you up to date if we come across anything else.

Has anyone come to you regarding your last question:
As a side note, do you mind me where the Adobe subscription usage data is coming from? As far as I was aware, the Adobe portal does not hold activity data, and I believe that in the ServiceNow video below, it mentions that the Adobe integration will not bring down usage. It would be great if we knew how to do it.
THanks
Neena

Hi Neena,
I didn't get an answer to that specific question.
