We have successfully configured the Microsoft 365 SaaS Integration for ServiceNow SAM Pro in our DEV and TEST environments.
We already have two separate Microsoft service accounts:
- One for Non-Production (DEV/TEST)
- One for Production
However, we have only one Azure Entra ID App Registration (Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret).
Can the same App Registration be used for both the Non-Production and Production service accounts, or is it recommended to create a separate App Registration and Client Secret for the Production environment?
Has anyone implemented this setup in SAM Pro, and what approach did you follow for Production?
