Microsoft Core based License Matric

Hello Folks,

I am currently updating an entitlement record in ServiceNow for the following part number:

Part Number: 7JQ-00343
Product: SQL Server Enterprise Core ALng SA 2L

Highlighted in Yellow color is auto populated field result based on Part Number.

While updating the entitlement, I am unable to find the Per Core license metric under the Microsoft License Group. I also checked the samp_sw_license_metric_list table and found the results shown in the screenshots below.

Could you please advise how to make the Per Core license metric available so that this entitlement can be updated correctly in ServiceNow? Alternatively, should I use the Per Core (With CAL) metric for this entitlement?

Please refer to the attached screenshots for more context. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
