Missing "Asset Reclamation Requests"

All,

We have Software Asset Management module do not have HAM or EAM Module enabled.

Are we good to proceed with the OOB - Asset Reclaim catalog.

I see primarily this is HAM based and revolves around when the asset is handed back / picked up or dropped off , but I did see the there is a link in the SAM but not sure for this to work if we need booth EAM and HAM ??
I was able to generate a record via Asset reclamation but can't find the below either in App Nav or in SAM Workspace 
Inventory > Asset Reclamation > Asset Reclamation Requests( close-an-asset-reclamation-request )

Asset user [asset]

Asset users can manage hardware and software assets.

Contains Roles

List of roles contained within the role.

• inventory_user
• cmdb_query_builder
• canvas_user
• financial_mgmt_user
• cmdb_read
• contract_manager
• category_manager

Try to add asset role please

I checked the documentation I checked with both asset and sam_user role both and individually. No luck.

Hope this statement will solve your issue.

"To use Service Catalog Request, you must install SAM Professional or HAM Professional. If you have installed only SAM Professional, you can access the Service Catalog, but only the Software Asset Reclamation flow gets triggered."

SAM pro needs to be enabled to get full access.

Hi Amarjeet - HAM Pro isn't required. The vast majority of the workflow is to address SAM use cases and it works with the base asset management module, although there are a couple of manual steps involved.
