Missing "Asset Reclamation Requests"

All,

We have Software Asset Management module do not have HAM or EAM Module enabled.

Are we good to proceed with the OOB - Asset Reclaim catalog.

I see primarily this is HAM based and revolves around when the asset is handed back / picked up or dropped off , but I did see the there is a link in the SAM but not sure for this to work if we need booth EAM and HAM ??
I was able to generate a record via Asset reclamation but can't find the below either in App Nav or in SAM Workspace 
Inventory > Asset Reclamation > Asset Reclamation Requests( close-an-asset-reclamation-request )

Got Sam Pro installed already.

Saurav - it's possible that your Sys Admin has disabled the OOTB asset reclamation catalogue item. I've seen this happen with some of my customers because they already have an asset off-boarding catalogue items and don't want to confuse their end-users!
