NAN% complaint under license usage ServiceNow

Hello Community,

 

I need help, I've run reconciliation. After completing reconciliation I'm seeing the compliance results showing as NAN% complaint under license usage servicenow. PFB SS FYR and What is the meaning of this NAN%? When I open publisher card it's completely empty (Second image). However, in the third image details are showing null but removal candidates are showing as 4.

Hello All,

 

We have got a solution and reason for this.It occurs when a publisher does not have any license metrics results associated to it which indicates that they don't have any entitlement attached to their software model. This is a known defect it seems.

Any instructions on how to fix?  I noticed that the NAN% titles did not seem to have an entitlement attached to their software model.  Just didn't know if there a system fix, or if we are looking title by title?
