I am trying to map installdate value from Tanium source to Software Installation of ServiceNow. But I am getting the error "Mapped attribute from 'ci_installed_application' branch. Mapping from the 'ci_logical_disk' branch of the data is not allowed." And if I want to map any attribute it should be in 'ci_installed_application' branch. So I try to copy the attribute from 'ci_logical_disk' branch to 'ci_installed_application' branch, but not able to do, as both are child branches & the attribute from 1 branch is not visible at other branch.
Please let me know if anyone faced similar issue or know the resolution for the issue.
