I am Not able to see publishers name in search while doing reconciliation in SAM

anyone knows how to configures this so that we can see publishers name so that I can run reconciliation for a particular publisher?

Hello @kiran kumar m1 ,

You will only see a Publisher listed in the Reconciliation list if you have a Software Model and a Software Entitlement. create the Software Model and then add your Software entitlements to it.

We had the same issue some months ago after upgrading to Washington. Applying Patch 2 resolved our issue.
