When we raise a request for sourcing / procurement for standard software / a published software model , when we click on source request it allows us to allocate or do a vendor purchase for that software . But when I tried doing this to a Non standard software , I am not able to see the source request UI action . Is it possible to source or procure non standard software ? how does this happens ?
